In general, the Google forms view actually looks the same, but it's good to be able to adjust the look of Google form to make it look more prominent and fit the theme, website, or brand of your company.
Select a Google Forms template
The first way you'll need to set up a Google forms view is to choose a template from the gallery available on Google. Google offers 17 different templates that you can use to quickly set the types of forms you need. The Google Forms Template is divided into several types:
This form template has a programmatic question type that you can set up or delete if it doesn't fit your needs. Google Forms is a good setting for creating your own templates, as you can further customize it and save it as a custom template.
To select a template, go to the Google Forms homepage and click "Gallery Template" in the upper right corner of the image below. Before editing the template, it's good to be sure to change the form name in the top right.
