you can use Google forms, you'll need to first sign up for your Google account email (a @gmail). If you have one, please proceed to the next section. If you don't have a Google account yet, Firgoos.com will discuss the simplest way to create a Google account for you to create/manage

a Google form. Type the accounts.google.com in your browser, once it opens click "Create Account," and then select "For Myself."

On the next page, you'll need to fill in some information — first and last name, username, and password — to create your account.

Then verify your phone number so that Google can make sure you're not a bot.

After you verify your phone number, the following pages require you to provide a recovery email address, your date of birth, and your gender. You must also agree to the privacy Statement and terms of service. After that, your new Google account is finished and can be used to create a Google form.

orm Now You already have a Google account, it's time to create your first Google form. Open the Google Forms home page and put the cursor on the colorful plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner.

Tips for quick ways to quickly create Google Forms: You can type Forms. New in the address bar of any browser and press Enter to create and open a new blank form automatically. This will make it easier for you and accelerate to get into the Google Forms page, making it more efficient.

How to customize the Googl
e Forms Form you've created can be tailored to your liking. Customize it by setting the look of Google Forms like themes, adding images, colors, and font styles.

Click the palette at the top left of the screen as shown in the image below. From here, you can select a header image from one of the many stock photos provided (or upload one of the photos as you want), the main color of the form, the background color, and the font style.

esponse. Multiple Choice: People choose between a set of dual-choice options (one per question). You can enter "other" and options so that people can enter short answers. Depending on the person's answers, you can also send them to other parts of the fo
rm. Checkboxes (checkbox): Respondents selected one or more of the options, including the "more" option for short answers. Depending on the person's answer, you can send it to a different part of the form.
Drop-down: people choose their answers from a set of options in the drop-down menu (one per question). Based on the answer, you can, again, send people to other parts of t
he form. File Upload: This allows people to upload files in response to questions. Files uploaded use Google Drive space for survey owners. You can specify the size and type of files that people c
an upload. Linear Scale: People can assess your question on a scale that starts from 0 or 1, and ends in integers fro
m 2 to 10. Multiple Choice Grid: This creates a box where people can choose one answer per row. Optionally, you can restrict the answer to one option per column and randomize the line order.

nquiries If you create a survey or quiz, you'll likely include more than one question.  To add more questions to Google Forms as much as you want is very easy, and you can vary the question type. You can even separate them into sections, so they don't appear on one page.

To add more questions to your form, click the plus sign (+).

To add another section to separate the questions, click the icon that looks like two rectangles.

Optionally, you can give your name and part a description to distinguish it from others.

If you want to add a question to other parts it's a very easy and pretty simple thing! Simply drag and drop between parts. At the end of the section, click the drop-down menu to select the form where someone should be directed after they finish

How to create a Google Formsquiz
Google Forms is not just for event surveys or invitations. Teachers can use the form to create a digital quiz, which automatically assesses, sends the results (if enabled), and collects student responses.

This is one of the easiest ways to give students immediate feedback and reduce the amount of time you spend assessing the quiz. Click

the settings gear at the top of the page.

Click the "Quiz" tab, and then turn on "make this a quiz."

Once you have the quiz mode turned on, you can choose when to release the student's mark, and what information he or she can see after they submit their quiz. When you're done, click "Save" to exit the window.

Once you return to the quiz, select one of the questions, then click "Answer Key" to edit the correct answer, and weigh each question on the quiz you created.

This is where you set the correct answer, decide how many values are eligible for each of the points, and add feedback answers for each question.

Click "Edit question" to close the answer key and save your changes.

How to collaborate in Google F
orms Like all Google suite apps, forms allows you to collaborate with others. Whoever you share a unique link can edit the question in your form. This makes it much easier to work with the same survey as the group.

To do this, click the three dots page at the top right, and then click "Add Collaborators"

Next, under the heading "who has access," click "Change."

Select "On – Anyone with the link" to generate a shareable link. Anyone with this link can then access and edit your form. Click "SAVE"

It's time now you can copy and share the link with anyone who has access to your form.

ogle Forms can automatically save answers in Google Sheets. In this feature Google Forms can store each response in the "Responses" tab at the top right of the form and there are updates periodically when people answer the questions you've

made. However, if you prefer a deeper way to analyze the responses from your Google forms, you can create a new Google Sheet — or a link to an existing one — to save and view the answers. When viewing data stored in a spreadsheet, you can apply many types of calculations and the Google Sheets function to create a formula that manipulates your response.

To do this, select the "Responses" tab, and then click the Google Sheets Green sheet icon.

Next, click Create by pressing the "Create" button to generate a new spreadsheet to keep all your answers.

Each spreadsheet contains all the responses, along with the time stamp when the survey is complete.

If you already have a spreadsheet that you want to use, you can do it too! Instead of clicking on "Create," click on "Select existing spreadsheet," and then click "Select."

Select the spreadsheet you want from the list stored in Google Drive For example the file selected spreadsheet No 1, and then click "Select."

you don't want to think about formatting — or questions — surveys. If so, you can use a template from the Google Forms template Gallery. It has templates for everything from party invitations to course evaluation forms. To get

started, go to the Google Forms homepage and put the cursor on the colorful plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner.

Next the plus sign will turn into a purple pencil and purple page icon. Click the Purple page icon.

After the window opens, select the template from one of the three sections according to the theme you want: personal, work, or education.

Click a template. The form opens in the current tab and is affected to your Drive with all other forms. If you want to add a question or edit an existing question, the template can be customized, just like any other form. S

s Before Google form you share with everyone, make sure to check the settings first. In this Settings menu, you can collect email addresses, create confirmation messages, restrict responses to one per person, and mor

Next on the first Tab has some settings that you can activate. In this menu, you can collect email addresses and restrict everyone to one shipment. You can also choose whether respondents can edit their answers after they've been sent or viewed a chart summary at the end of the survey.

Note: If you turn on "Limit to 1 response," The respondent must sign in with their Google account to access your form. Anyone who doesn't have a Google account won't be able to send an answer to your form. Unless you're sure everyone has a Google account, then it's best to leave this option disabled.

The "Presentation" Tab is used to set a progress bar view that lets people know how far they are in a Google form. You can also randomize the order of the questions, display a link to submit the form again (if "limit to 1 response" is disabled), or write a confirmation message that the respondent viewed after they submitted the form.
